Flights from Kuwait to resume on April 26

 

Kuwait International Airport plans to resume operations on April 26, and the gradual reopening suggests stabilization amid ongoing regional hostilities 

Kuwait Airways announced Saturday it will resume 35 flights from Kuwait International Airport (Terminal T4) to various destinations next week.

Acting CEO Abdulwahab Al-Shatti said that the initial destinations include Beirut, Riyadh, London, Istanbul, Dhaka, Mumbai, Kochi, Colombo, Delhi, Manila, Cairo, Jeddah, and Trivandrum.
Cairo flights will operate daily starting Sunday, while Beirut flights will operate twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays starting April 27.
Riyadh flights will operate on Tuesdays and Fridays starting April 28.
Jeddah flights will operate four times a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays starting April 28, and London flights will operate three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays starting April 28.
Colombo will have one weekly flight on Mondays starting April 27, Istanbul on Wednesdays starting April 29, and Delhi on Mondays starting April 28.

Jazeera Airways, Kuwait's low-cost carrier, confirmed today that it will resume direct flights from its dedicated Terminal 5 at Kuwait International Airport starting April 26.

The company has opened reservations for direct flights planned to operate during the first week to Amman, Beirut, Mumbai, Cairo, Kochi, Damascus, Delhi, Dubai, and Istanbul.

Jazeera Airways will continue to operate some of its flights via Dammam until full operations and flights from Kuwait Airport are completely resumed.
