Registration for RAM’s Etimad programme from today

MUSCAT: The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) has announced the opening of registration for the National Leadership Development Programme for Middle Management in the Private Sector, known as 'Etimad.'
The programme aims to prepare national leaders capable of driving sustainable institutional growth and keeping pace with future demands, in line with the goals of Oman Vision 2040.
The initiative reflects the strong emphasis placed by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on developing human capital and empowering national competencies across sectors. The effort seeks to strengthen the private sector’s role as a key partner in economic development and in building a competitive, knowledge-based economy.
The programme will target 100 participants from middle management in private sector institutions, including department heads, managers and those in similar roles. Participants will undertake a six-month leadership learning journey combining in-person modules and online sessions.
The training will also include a leadership camp, career guidance and mentoring sessions, as well as applied learning projects designed to develop practical leadership skills.
The curriculum is based on the latest leadership development methodologies and will feature applied workshops, field experiences and 'meet with a leader' sessions. Key topics include leading oneself and others, financial and entrepreneurial mindset, strategic foresight, and exploring the future of business from innovation to impact.
The programme aims to strengthen the leadership and supervisory capabilities of participants, enhance institutional performance and productivity in the private sector, and enable national talent to assume advanced leadership roles in companies and organisations.
Applications open today, March 15, through the academy’s online registration platform and its official website.
