Oman condemns attack on UAE Consulate in Iraqi Kurdistan

MUSCAT: The Sultanate of Oman voiced its condemnation of the attack on the Consulate-General of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Iraqi Kurdistan, which constitutes a violation of diplomatic laws and norms that guarantee the protection of diplomatic missions and premises.

In a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry on Tuesday, the Sultanate of Oman expressed solidarity with the UAE and the measures it is taking to protect its diplomatic missions and ensure their security and stability, reiterating its position rejecting all forms of violence regardless of their motives.
