Seeb clinch U19 title after 2-1 win over Al Musannah

Seeb Football Club were crowned champions of the U19 Football League after defeating Al Musannah Club 2-1 in the final match, capping an impressive campaign in the youth competition.
Seeb opened the scoring in the 25th minute through Abdulrahman al Busaidi, who finished calmly from inside the penalty area after receiving a pass from Ali, placing the ball to the right of the Al Musannah goalkeeper.
Al Musannah responded ten minutes later when Murthed al Jaradi levelled the score in the 35th minute, heading home from a well-delivered corner by Musab to make it 1-1.
The match remained evenly contested until the closing stages, before Seeb sealed victory in dramatic fashion in the 90th minute. Ali Rabie produced a stunning finish after receiving the ball inside the area following a free kick from outside the box, sending the ball into the net with an impressive effort to secure the title for Seeb.
Seeb booked their place in the final following a dramatic semifinal victory over Al Amerat at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Bausher. After Al Amerat took the lead in the second half, Seeb managed to equalise in the final moments of stoppage time to force a 1-1 draw. The match then went to penalties where both goalkeepers delivered strong performances, but Seeb eventually secured qualification with a narrow shootout win.
Al Musannah reached the final after overcoming Salalah in another tightly contested semifinal held at the Al Rustaq Sports Complex. The two sides ended regular time level at 1-1 before Al Musannah prevailed 5-4 in the penalty shootout to seal their place in the final.
In the third-place playoff, Al Amerat claimed the bronze medal after defeating Salalah 3-0, concluding their participation with a strong performance.
