International College prevail; Muscat College stun Academy

In group three action, the International College of Engineering and Management secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over the University of Technology and Applied Sciences.

Ali al Balushi struck early in the first half, allowing his side to control the tempo and maintain defensive discipline to protect their advantage.

In the other fixture, Muscat College edged Oman Logistics Academy 2-1 in a closely contested encounter. Mahmoud al Balushi opened the scoring for the Academy, but Ahmed al Ghazali responded with two goals to hand Muscat College all three points and tighten the qualification race.
