ASDS signs cooperation programme with several universities

MUSCAT: The Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies (ASDS) signed on Tuesday a cooperation programme with a number of private universities and colleges in the Sultanate of Oman.
The programme aims to facilitate the exchange of expertise, enhance the quality of academic and training programmes, and promote cooperation in the fields of academia, scientific research, and innovation.
It further seeks to provide access to learning and scientific research resources, as well as qualification programmes and workshops, while enabling the utilisation of experts and consultants and fostering development in joint educational and digital fields.
The cooperation programme was signed by Maj Gen Hamid bin Ahmed Sakroon, Chairman of the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies (ASDS), and Dr Juma bin Ali al Juma, Chairman of the Coordinating Committee for Private Universities and Colleges. - ONA
