MUSCAT: Vice Admiral Abdullah bin Khamis al Raisi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), on Tuesday handed over certificates of commendation to some SAF personnel at Muaskar Al Murtafaa. The certificates were presented to the SAF personnel in recognition of their proficiency in accomplishing the tasks entrusted to them and in appreciation for their tangible contributions to the national duty. - ONA
