Beach clean up held as part of national day

MUSCAT: On the occasion of Oman’s National Day, the Non-Resident Nepali Social Club (NRNSC) Oman, in collaboration with the Embassy of Nepal and members of the Nepali community, organised a beach-cleaning campaign at Al Athaiba Beach, Muscat.
Ambassador Aryal, along with members of the Embassy, actively participated in the initiative, underscoring the shared commitment to environmental stewardship and community service.
Following the clean up, the Ambassador delivered brief remarks expressing his sincere appreciation to the NRNSC and all volunteers for their enthusiastic participation. He noted that such initiatives, held in conjunction with National Day celebrations, further strengthen the cordial and longstanding relations between the two friendly nations. He also encouraged the continued organisation of similar community-driven activities in the future. A blood donation event was also organised and 80 Nepali nationals including four staff of the Embassy donated blood.
