Oman tops GCC security research award

Muscat: Oman secured top positions in the Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz Security Research Award 2024/2025 for GCC countries on Wednesday, achieving first place in the “Throne Theory” category for groups and national police.

The Police College won first place in the research category, while the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences came second. Oman also excelled in the intellectual category, reaffirming its commitment to advancing security research and innovation across the region.
