RAFO Commander fetes distinguished personnel

MUSCAT: Air Vice Marshal Khamis bin Hammad al Ghafri, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO), on Thursday felicitated a number of distinguished personnel at Muaskar Al Murtafaa, in recognition of their excellence in various activities, events and courses.
