Falcons badminton tourney Sur 2025 sees overwhelming participation

MUSCAT: The Falcons Badminton tourney — Sur 2025 witnessed an overwhelming participation from both men and women who vied for the gold, silver and bronze positions recently.
Organised by the Falcon Badminton Academy, Sur, presented by SeaPride LLC and Majees Technical Services LLC, the Falcons Badminton tourney — Sur 2025 held on October 9 and 10 was marked by fierce competition among those participating 25 teams from across the country.
In the U13 Boys Singles category, Ranjeev won the gold medal while Karthik bagged silver. Ranjeev shone in the U17 Boys Singles with gold while Karthikeya was satisfied with silver.
In the U13 Girls Singles category, Thafsiya was declared the gold winner while Omisha bagged silver. In the U17 Girls Singles, Nandini emerged as the winner with gold and Omisha had to satisfy with silver. In Women’s Doubles, gold went to Siva Sundari and Reshmi while Anuradha and Thafsiya won the silver.
In the Mixed Doubles category, Jasin and Siva Sundari won the gold while Thohid and Reshmi won the silver. In Men’s Doubles, gold went to Jasin and Anil while silver was captured by John and Sham, and bronze by Srinivas and Sandeep.
