HM, President of Belarus hold official talks

Minsk: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and President Alexander Lukashenko of the Republic of Belarus on Monday held an expanded session of official talks in the presence of official delegations from both sides.
The talks dealt with opportunities for enhancing economic and investment cooperation and exchanging views about ways to serve the joint interests of the peoples of the two countries.
The session was attended from the Omani side by HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Nuamani, Minister of the Royal Office, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Dr Hamad bin Said al Aufi, Head of the Private Office, Abdussalam bin Mohammed al Murshidi, Chairman of Oman Investment Authority, Qais bin Mohammed al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion and Hamoud bin Salim al Tuwaih, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Russian Federation and Non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Belarus.
Meanwhile, it was attended from the Belarusian side by Viktor Lukashenko, son of the President and President of the Olympic Committee, Viktor Karankevich, Deputy Prime Minister, Maxim Ryzhenkov, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alexander Khodjaev, Minister of Health, Yuri Gorlov, Minister of Agriculture and Food, Andrei Kuznetsov, Minister of Industry and Dimitri Pantos, Minister of State for Military Industries.
