Sayyid Theyazin conveys HM's message  

Muscat: His Majesty the Sultan’s greetings to the Emperor of Japan was conveyed by HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, when the Emperor received him at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo.
