The regulation time ended at 4-4 draw while in the penalty shoot-out, Saudi players scored 4-3 at Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex.

It was the first camp for the team since the last gathering in October. This plan is part of the team’s preparation for the AFC Beach Soccer Asian Cup Thailand 2025 which will be held in Pattaya during March 20 to 30.

Oman will play in Group D besides Bahrain, Malaysia and Vietnam teams. Oman head coach Talib Hilal and his team players will target to go for a second Asian title after they had won the 2015 AFC Beach Soccer Championship. Furthermore, the team will look to secure slot in the 2025 Fifa Beach Soccer World Cup in Seychelles by becoming one of the top three teams in the Asian Cup.

In the friendly match against Saudi Arabia, Oman's goals were scored by Musallam al Oraimi, Salim al Oraimi and Ahmed al Owaisi.
