Council chairman receives British ambassador

Shaikh Abdulmalik bin Abdullah Al Khalili, Chairman of the State Council, received Dr Liane Saunders, the British Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, in his office on Wednesday
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and exchanged views on matters of common interest. Shaikh Abdulmalik expressed his aspiration to enhance contribution to developing relations in various fields between the two countries, and open new paths for joint cooperation, under the wise leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik. The Ambassador praised the strong historical bilateral relations between the two countries, wishing Oman further development, progress and prosperity.
