Muscat: Most governorates of the Sultanate of Oman will be affected by northwesterly winds until January 21.
According to Oman Meterology, sea waves will rise to a maximum height of 2.5 meters on the coasts of western Musandam Governorate and the coasts of the Sea of Oman, with chances of dust and dirt rising in desert and exposed areas leading to a decrease in horizontal visibility.
There will be also a drop in temperatures during this period.
