Royal Decree ratifies tax agreement between Oman, Estonia

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal Decree No 62/2024 on the ratification of an agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Estonia for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of financial evasion. The agreement was signed in Muscat on October 27, 2024.

Article (1) ratifies the above-mentioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and takes effect from its date of issue.
