Oman Visitors Portal appoints Anisa Al Hooti as CEO

MUSCAT: The Oman Visitors Portal announced the appointment of Anisa al Hooti as the CEO of the portal. Anisa brings over 20 years of experience in tourism and aviation, alongside her active roles in sports, culture, and literature, reflecting her diverse skills and innovation capabilities.
Al Hooti has held numerous leadership positions, and currently serves as the Director of Travel Operations and Holidays at SABCO Group, one of the largest business conglomerates in Oman.
Additionally, she holds the position of CEO at ‘PSF,’ an organisation focused on organising friendly tournaments and sports camps for Paralympic sports across various countries. Her professional journey began with German Airlines, followed by EgyptAir, and later managing roles at the main branch of Majan Travel and Tourism Agency from the Muscat Overseas Group.
She has also held several leadership positions in sports, including Chairperson of the Asian Para Sports Women's Committee, Vice-President of the Asia Oceania Wheelchair Basketball Federation, and currently serves as Deputy Asia Oceania for the Wheelchair Rugby Federation, in addition to being a commercial adviser for Sporting Work in Istanbul, Turkiye.
