GCC ministerial meeting to boost financial cooperation and integration

DOHA: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Finance, took part in the 121st meeting of the GCC Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee, held in Doha.
Oman’s delegation in the meeting was headed by Sultan bin Salim al Habsi, Minister of Finance.
During the meeting, the committee reviewed a spectrum of topics related to boosting financial and economic cooperation and integration among GCC countries. It also discussed the outcomes of the GCC central bank governors committee’s meeting, among other topics.
The meeting was also attended by Abdullah bin Salim al Harthy, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, and several officials from the Ministry and the Directorate-General of Customs at the Royal Oman Police. - ONA
