His Majesty arrives in Musandam

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Sunday arrived in the Musandam Governorate on a Royal Meet-the-People Tour to inspect various social and economic developments and meet with sheiks, elders, several members of the Council of Oman, members of the Municipal Council, and businessmen.

Upon the arrival of the Royal Yacht carrying His Majesty the Sultan, it was welcomed by a group of ships and boats with citizens, draped with the flag of the Sultanate of Oman, and pictures of His Majesty the Sultan, celebrating the royal visit.

His Majesty greeted his citizens and welcomed them in return, out of appreciation from His Majesty for the warm reception.

Citizens performed the famous folk dances of the governorate upon his arrival at the Khasab Port.

His Majesty the Sultan was greeted by the crowds gathered on both sides of the road leading to Saih al Mahasin in the wilayat of Khasab
