Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has conferred Royal Commendation Order 'First Class' on retired minister Mohammed bin Ali al Alawi in appreciation from His Majesty the Sultan for his sincere efforts in performing the national duty during his tenure.
