Sohar Airport receives world's largest aircraft

Suhar: Sohar Airport on Wednesday received Emirates Airbus A380, world's largest aircraft.
The landing was part of agreement with Oman Airports for Sohar Airport to be part of the training program for trainee pilots at the Emirates Academy.
This was within efforts of Oman Airports to promote Sohar Airport regionally.
These flights include the process of repeated landing and takeoff (touch & go).
