Oman chairs meetings of GCC ministries of trade and industry under-secretaries

MUSCAT: Dr Saleh bin Saeed Musan (pictured), Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Investment Promotion for Trade and Industry, will preside on Wednesday, September 6 2023, the 57th Trade Agents' Meeting of the Trade Cooperation Committee and the 43rd Industry Agents' Meeting of the Industrial Cooperation Committee in Dhofar Governorate.
The under-secretaries will discuss a number of topics in the preparatory meeting of the Commercial Cooperation Committee, the most important of which is addressing the challenges of intra-Gulf trade and facilitating trade exchange. The industry agents will also discuss a number of topics, including finding a unified definition for the national Gulf product and its standards, and the executive regulations for the law system, unified industrial organisation, as well as addressing the challenges facing the industrial sector.
