Oman exports 153 million oil barrels in H1

 
MUSCAT: The Sultanate of Oman exported 152,963,300 barrels of oil until the first half of 2023. By calculating the average price per barrel at $81.40, oil exports accounted for 79.9 per cent of the total oil production of 191,351,100 barrels.

The data issued by the National Center for Statistics and Information (NCSI) indicated that the total production of crude oil decreased by 0.4 per cent, to reach 149,814,500 barrels, while the total production of oil condensate increased by 6.3 per cent, recording 41,536,600 barrels. Meanwhile, the average daily production of oil reached 2, 057,200 barrels until the end of June 2023.

China topped the oil-importing countries from the Sultanate of Oman, with total exports of 140,781,300 barrels, followed by Japan with 4,783,500 barrels, then India with 2,716,200 barrels, while exports to other countries reached 3,732,200 barrels. — ONA
