Hajj Mission announces death of 79-year-old Omani pilgrim in Mecca

 
Mecca: The Omani Hajj mission on Sunday announced the death of Said Abdullah al Rahbi, a 79-year-old Omani pilgrim who passed away in the Holy Lands after performing the farewell circumambulation of Haj rituals (Tawaf Al Wadaa).

Sultan Said al Hinai, Head of the Omani Hajj Mission, told Oman News Agency (ONA) that the mission’s team is taking necessary measures to finalize related procedures in cooperation with authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) in the presence of relatives of the deceased. He prayed to the Almighty Allah to rest the deceased’s soul in the abodes of Heaven and grant his relatives patience and solace.
