HM thanked by conference’s participants

MUSCAT: The participants at the 6th Oman International Conference on Food Safety and Quality, held in Muscat on June 12-14, have sent a cable of thanks and appreciation to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, on Wednesday.
In their cable, the participants voiced their utmost thanks and gratitude to His Majesty for the warm welcome and hospitality which had a significant impact on the success of the conference.
They praised the level of development witnessed by the Sultanate of Oman in various fields including food safety being one of the pillars of the country’s future visions and its strategic goal for ensuring food safety and quality in accordance to the regulations and legislations.
The participants prayed to Allah the Almighty to protect His Majesty and grant him good health and long life and wished the Oman people more progress and prosperity. — ONA
