HM confers Order of Felicitation on Outward-Bound Oman Executive Director

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Wednesday conferred the Order of Felicitation on Mark Evans, Executive Director of Outward-Bound Oman, in recognition of his efforts in upgrading the status of Outward-Bound Oman, earning it an international reputation.
The medal was handed over by Sayyid Khalid Hilal al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of the Royal Court, when he received Evans at his office on Wednesday.
