Holy Quran contest winners feted

IBRA: The Ibra Cultural Center, located in the Wilayat of Ibra, North Al Sharqiyah Governorate, celebrated the recognition of exceptional students in the fourth edition of the ‘Read and Raise the Holy Quran Competition.’
The competition attracted over 1,000 participants from various governorates.
Muhammad bin Salem Al Harthy, a member of the Board of Directors of the Ibra Cultural Center, highlighted the competition’s objective of promoting the memorisation of the Holy Quran in its entirety.
The event aimed to instill the educational vision of enabling participants to memorise and contemplate the divine teachings. This year’s edition witnessed the participation of over 1,000 contestants representing wilayats from across the Sultanate of Oman. — ONA
