MUSCAT: The Ministry of Finance on Tuesday announced that the beneficiary code can be obtained at Sanad Service Centres.
The move aims to facilitate obtaining the service online and enable the beneficiaries to follow up their transactions through Sanad Service Centres. It comes within the framework of an agreement between the MoF and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority which aims to streamline the obtaining of the public services through Sanad Service Centres.
The beneficiary will be able to apply for a new beneficiary code or extend an existing one. The system also allows the beneficiaries to update the beneficiary code information, request a letter of commitment and follow up services provided via the system.
The Ministry of Finance affirmed that the beneficiary code system is still available on its website.
