Fitbox Club opens second branch in Al Khuwair

MUSCAT: Fitbox Club opened its second branch in Al Khuwair on March 15, Wednesday.
Sayyid Aymen bin Hamed al Busaidy, Vice-Chairman, Sabco Group, was the chief guest and led the launch of the Fitbox Club.
Owned by a couple, Ali Kerdi from Lebanon and Katerina Kerdi from Latvia, Fitbox Club was founded over 3 years ago and now has branches in Muscat with more plans to grow.
They offer boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, with private classes for ladies, kids and teenagers.
Says Katerina, “Fitbox is not just a gym but it is a community of like-minded people. It is one of its kind in Oman having a unique design and concept. The club welcomes kids starting from the age of 4. Kids classes are normally from ages 4 to 13 and teens classes are from ages 13 to 18. Adult groups have all levels and no special preparation is needed. There are also ladies’ classes headed by a ladies coach.”
The new branch has facilities for showers and an outdoor training area. Fitbox coaches are highly professional and hail from Lebanon, Brazil and Kenya.
Registration is now open and the Fitbox classes are safe and beneficial to anybody who wants to step on a fitness path. They make one strong, fit, improves your flexibility, decreases stress and are a lot of fun.
