Be careful while trading vehicles online: ROP

The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has called on citizens and residents to be careful when buying and selling vehicles through websites and avoid succumbing to 'temptations and fictional benefits' provided by fraudsters.

ROP recently seized vehicles that were on their way to smuggling after six defendants concluded fake contracts with citizens to rent their vehicles.

Legal procedures against the accused are being completed, ROP said.
