Shura Council discusses career prospects of fashion designers

 
Muscat: Majlis A'Shura's Education and Scientific Research Committee on Monday reviewed the Council of Minister's response on the job prospects of fashion design graduates, which have been Council.

It was revealed during discussions that the concerned authorities are aware of the importance of this specialization, including courses offered by universities around the world to the fashion and fashion industry.

Several policies have been taken to bridge the gap between female and male employees as per the requirements of the labor market through the training and qualification programs offered, which will help business owners to manage their projects.

There have been many initiatives linked to the development of small and medium enterprises in the field of fashion and design, including the "general and specialized business incubators.

It was also mentioned that the University of Technology and Applied Sciences is about to complete the modernization of its programs and raise its educational level to the technical bachelor's degree, which will benefit female graduates in case they desire to work under the Ministry of Education.
