Forum on constructive dialogue, tolerance begins

MUSCAT: The regional forum on enhancing principles of constructive dialogue and values of tolerance among youth, through social media platforms, kicked off here on Sunday.
The event is organised by the Ministry of Education, represented by the National Commission for Education, Science and Culture, in cooperation with the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) Civilizational Dialogue Centre.
The opening ceremony was held under the patronage of Eng Ibrahim bin Said al Kharousi, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism for Heritage.
The event aims to increase the awareness of youth regarding the principles of constructive dialogue and values of tolerance. It also introduces legislations and legal aspects related to constructive dialogue on social media platforms.
