Oman taking part at Camel and World Cup 2022 event

MUSCAT: Oman are participating at the Camel and World Cup 2022 activities, organised by the Arab Union for Camel Races (Mahari) in Al Sheehaniya, as part of Fifa World Cup 2022 in Qatar, which will continue until December 18.
The camel chariots from Qatar and Royal Camels from the Sultanate of Oman attended the opening ceremony.
The second day will start with the presentations of the Royal Camels, as well as the first and second matches of the first international championship ‘camel handball’.
On the third day of the event, a camel race will be held with a human rider, and then the Camel handball match to determine the third and fourth positions. On the fourth and final day, the final match of the first international championship ‘camel handball’ will be held.
