Oman, Slovenia discuss bilateral relations

Muscat: The first round of political consultations between the Foreign Ministries of the Sultanate of Oman and Slovenia was held at the Foreign Ministry here on Thursday.
The Omani side was headed by Shaikh Khalifa Ali al Harthy, Foreign Ministry’s Undersecretary for Diplomatic Affairs, while the Slovenian side was headed by Samuel Žbogar, Minister of Foreign affairs.
The two sides discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them.
The two sides also exchanged views on regional and international situations of common interest, as well as the efforts exerted to resolve them by peaceful means.
The session was attended officials from the two countries’ foreign ministries.
