UAE President visits Royal Opera House

 
Muscat - Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, on Wednesday visited the Royal Opera House, within the framework of his visit to the Sultanate of Oman.









He toured the Opera House and was briefed on the details of its departments and facilities, performances for every season, and overall programs for the year, in addition to the availability of the equipment that is used for international musical performances.

At the end of his visit, Sheikh Mohammed wrote in the VIP Visitors' book, expressing his happiness at visiting the Royal Opera House Muscat and enjoying the musical show, which he described as blending tradition with modernity in a refined and vibrant harmony.

He said arts are a global common language and a link between cultures and an important means of spreading human values, the most important of which are communication, peace, tolerance, and coexistence among peoples, which are the same values that the Sultanate of Oman enjoys.
