Health Ministry inks two pacts with Oman LNG

MUSCAT: The Ministry of Health on Tuesday signed two agreements with Oman Liquefied Natural Gas (Oman LNG) company’s Development Foundation.
The first agreement deals with funding the purchase of an ultrasound system for the X-ray Department of Sinaw Hospital and the second to finance a training programme for personnel tasked with infection control and sterilisation. The training programme will be conducted in accordance with international criteria.
The agreements were signed by Dr Fatma bint Mohammed al Ajmi, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Health for Administrative, Financial and Planning Affairs, and Al Ahnaf bin Ahmed al Zubaidi, Director-General of Corporate Development Affairs at Oman LNG. -- ONA
