Riyadh: Maj Gen Mattar Salim al Balushi, Commander of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO) took part on Wednesday in the 20th meeting of GCC Land Forces Commanders, held in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
