Muscat: The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs on Sunday said that tomorrow, Monday, May 02, 2022, will be the first day of the blessed month of Shawwal and the first day of Eid al-Fitr.
The main committee for moon sighting has received evidence of sighting the crescent, therefore it decided after reviewing the evidence to approve the sighting of the crescent of month Shawwal 1443 AH. Hence, tomorrow, Monday (May 02, 2022) will mark the beginning of Blessed Eid Al Fitr 1443 AH.
