Motorists can now enjoy the variety of Shell Oman’s offerings in Shell Liwa service station that was recently inaugurated as the first integrated service station on the Al Batinah Expressway.
The opening of Shell Liwa service station is in line with Shell Oman’s continuous efforts to power the nation’s progress and its commitment to develop key national projects. This station is the first among four mega integrated service stations that are slated to open on the Al Batinah Expressway in 2022, in alignment with an earlier agreement signed between Shell Oman and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
“Spanning over an area of 15,000 square metres, not only is the Shell Liwa service station the biggest service station by Shell Oman, but also the first fully integrated Shell service station on the Al Batinah Expressway. This is a major milestone for us and serves as an integral part of the company’s expansion plan. The station will offer our customers Shell’s premium fuel Shell V-Power along with Shell Mogas 95, Shell Mogas 91, Shell diesel and Shell Recharge for Electrical Vehicles. The service station will also feature a dedicated lane for truck to ensure a smooth and time-efficient experience'', stated Khalid al Uwaisi – Mobility Country Manager, Shell Oman Marketing Company.
