France defence ministry team visits MSC

MUSCAT: Brigadier Olivier Le C., Deputy Director of International Public Relations in Africa and the Middle East at the Ministry of Defence, France, visited today the Maritime Security Centre (MSC). The guest was greeted upon his arrival by Commodore Mohammed bin Hamoud Al Zedjali, Head of the MSC. The guest and members of the visiting delegation were briefed on the tactical roles and tasks carried out by the centre in search and rescue missions, as well as the safety of the maritime environment. They also toured the centre’s facilities and viewed its latest equipment and technologies used in carrying out its national duties.
