An inspirational book by a Muscat-based writer is ready to be launched by Amazon. The book aims to shed light on personality development and positive mindset.
The fourth novel of Rajan V Kokkuri, titled 'Born to Dream', elucidates the need to stay positive at the face of adversities aptly standing within the lives of TPG Nambiar and two other outstanding business tycoons, KPR Nambiar and MA Uppal who built an empire from the minimal means in 393 pages.
Speaking to the Observer, Rajan said 'Born to Dream' is about the founder of BPL and two other great personalities and helping the youth to inculcate some of the habits of these successful people to make their own mark in the world. 1st article is ''Closer to Heart' by Rajan, who is also an ex-employee of BPL, the author and compiler.
The author had to interview as many as 122 former and current BPL employees to collect anecdotes and articles to share their experience with the personalities.
The very beginning of the book recounts an emotional experience with TPG Nambiar, titled Closer to Heart. Born to Dream tells the story of the three pillars of the company who set out on a rail journey from Bombay to Palakkad in 1963 to start BPL’s first plant, and how the business grew to become one of the leading electronic corporations in India.
Rajan's other three titles, 'I remain forever yours', which is also available as an audio book, 'My Precious Dreams' and 'The Invisible Love' have been widely accepted by readers across the borders and he hopes to see more youngsters get benefitted out of this literary attempt. His wife, Anitha Rajan, an abstract artist, has always been supportive in bringing out these titles.
'Born to Dream' will also be available on Kindle and Google Books by New Delhi- based TZP (Taare Zameen Par) Publications besides Amazon, while hardcopies are currently being shipped by order to readers.
