Parisians in awe of Oman’s beauty

The Sultanate of Oman was showcased to customers of Passy Plaza mall in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of the French capital last week.
Several visitors from Paris who visited the stand were amazed by the beauty of the Sultanate of Oman as a travel destination.
The tourism stands, decorated with Omani colours, highlight the culture, the plurality of landscapes and all tourist assets of the Sultanate of Oman.
The Oman Tourism France team presented the destination to visitors.
Their seven-minute film Oman, The Essential of your trip and films of partners were broadcasted on a big screen, hundred documents were distributed, and Omani experiences of calligraphy and henna offered to visitors.
A hostess dressed in traditional costume invited customers to discover the stand by distributing flyers to participate in a draw to win two trips to the Sultanate of Oman.
Discount coupons for upcoming trips were offered by the partners namely travel agency Promovacances Passy, located inside the mall, national airline Oman Air, and star hotel partners Kempinski Muscat and Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort.
Promovacances Passy was present to convert new desire to travel into concrete itineraries, offering a wide range of packages and a la carte trips.
Visitors Mustafa and Jamila, said: “We already had the Sultanate of Oman in mind but after our discussion with the Oman Tourism team, we have an even more global vision of the country and its many riches.”
While Sylvie, another visitor, said, “I had heard about the Sultanate of Oman but had no idea how beautiful this country is. It convinced me, and I am leaving in February for a four-day weekend with my husband to celebrate Valentine’s Day. And what a good idea to give us the feeling of travelling thanks to the activities offered.”
Another visitor Caroline said, “I plan to travel with my family because the destination offers activities and landscapes that will please our children as well.”
While Salma said, “I did not know the Sultanate of Oman but the images really make me want to discover the destination. I would also like to have the chance to meet Omani people who seem so welcoming.”
