6 people arrested for fraud charges

Muscat: The Police Command of Muscat Governorate arrested six people of African nationalities on fraud charges.
The defendants duped victims of money alleging they could have their money doubled. Police seized solutions and tools used by the fraudsters to deceive their victims as well as international currencies and gold obtained illegally from victims.
Legal procedures against the defendants are underway.
