HM confers Medals of Royal Commendation, Excellent Service, Proficiency

 
Nizwa: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, on Thursday conferred medals of Royal Commendation, Excellent Service and Proficiency on a number of senior officers of the Royal Oman Police (ROP).

Lt Gen Hassan Mohsin al Shraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs, pinned the medals on the meritorious officers during a ceremony held as part of the ROP’s celebration of Police Day, the 5th of January.

Lt Gen Al Shraiqi congratulated the officers, noting that “The conferment of medals stems from His Majesty the Sultan’s keenness on recognizing the continuous efforts of ROP personnel to elevate the status of this dear homeland under the prudent leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander”.

The ceremony was attended by Maj Gen Abdullah Ali al Harthy, Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Operations, and Maj Gen Khalifa Ali al Seyabi, Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Customs and Administrative and Financial Affairs. --ONA
