Empty Quarter Festival kicks off

The Empty Quarter Festival began at Al Khithaf in the Dhofar Governorate on Thursday. The festival, which is organised by the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, was inaugurated by His Highness Sayyid Fahar bin Fateq al Said.
