Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to President Rodrigo Duterte of the Republic of the Philippines, on the victims of Typhoon Rai that hit several cities in central and southern Philippines leaving several dead.
His Majesty expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to the president, the families of the victims and the friendly people of the Philippines wishing the injured speedy recovery. — ONA
