Foreign Minister visits Sultanate’s pavilion at Dubai expo

DUBAI: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy, Foreign Minister, visited the Sultanate of Oman’s pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020 on Saturday.
During the visit the minister reviewed the exhibits at the pavilion which illustrate the civilisational and historical aspects through the ages and highlights various stages of development besides the renewed renaissance and the future visions of the Sultanate of Oman.
Sayyid Badr was briefed by the youths in charge of the pavilion about the sections of the pavilion which include three historic periods as well as the present and future visions through audio and visual means.
The pavilion of the Sultanate of Oman held under the title ‘Opportunities Through Time’, is distinguished by its unique architectural design inspired by the frankincense tree and its link to the Sultanate of Oman’s history and people and communication among nations. Sayyid Badr also visited the pavilions of the GCC countries and the GCC Secretariat-General. — ONA
