SAF Chief Receives UK Senior Advisor for Middle East

Muscat: Vice Admiral Abdullah Khamis al Raeesi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), received at his office here on Thursday Air Marshal Joy Martin Sampson, Senior Advisor to the British Chief of Defence Staff for Middle East and North Africa.
The two sides reviewed aspects of the existing military cooperation between the two countries and exchanged views on issues of common interest.
The meeting was attended by SAF senior officers, the UK Ambassador appointed to the Sultanate of Oman and the UK Trade Envoy for Oman. --ONA
