SQAA conducts military exercise

MUSCAT: The fundamental course of officer candidates, specialist college graduates and limited services at the Sultan Qaboos Air Academy (SQAA), carried out the practical demonstration of exercise (Shams 31) with technical support from the Engineering Services of the Ministry of Defence, on Monday.
The practical demonstration was held at the training squares of the Ministry of Defence under the auspices of Air Vice Marshal Khamis bin Hammad al Ghafri, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman.
The exercise is aimed at assessing officer candidates in terms of the leadership knowledge and sciences and mobilization skills which enables them to handle various tasks after graduation. — ONA
